The big choice for all the newbies in Pokemon Legends: Z-A is which little critter to start with. Chikorita, Tepig, or Totodile? Kinda like picking your first partner for a dance when you have two left feet. Rumor has it they’re all getting some crazy new Mega Evolutions, but hey, that’s gossip for now. Could be Chikorita turns into a Grass/Fairy type or maybe Totodile’s part dragon. Who knows, right? But the buzz? Tepig’s Mega Emboar might still be fighting and flaming away, supposedly the best to tackle the recently revealed baddies, the Rust Syndicate. Sounds intense, doesn’t it?
Now, we have no rock-solid proof of these Mega evolutions, so let’s not count our Torchics before they hatch. But the grapevine suggests that Emboar could really shine, especially with these new Rust Syndicate villains. And oh, they’re said to be led by some dodgy guy called Corbeau. Think snakes like Arbok on his team. Funny how that works. But the real kicker? His trump card is this Mega Scolipede—sounds like a mouthful—perfect prey for our fiery pork hero, right?
Oh, and then you’ve got this other dude, Phillipe (or something like that), in the mix. Fancy name, huh? Allegedly a big fan of Steel-types. The trailer backdrop was screaming with art of Steelix and such. If that’s not a giveaway, what is? Good old Emboar might whack them silly, both types being weak against his fiery punches.
And before I wander off—what’s with Jett’s secretary, Vinnie, having a Mega Lopunny? Is nothing sacred?
Anyway, start with Tepig, and you might just ride high in this chaotic Pokémon world. Or not. I mean, who can really pin these things down?
