Alright, here comes the Fantastic Four into Fortnite’s universe. And, hey, they’ve finally landed in theaters too! Can you believe it? Starting July 25, 2025, they’re hitting the big screen in “The Fantastic Four: First Steps”. I barely know what Iām talking about, but let’s dive into the chaos of Fortnite’s Item Shop where these four legendary figures are waiting. It’s kinda wild that Marvel’s been around for ages yet this is the first time their First Family is getting some digital drip.
Anywayāoh wait, I forgot to mentionāthere are four skins. Or is it just one? Depends on your budget, maybe. You have Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm. But who’s buying all of them? Just get the one you vibe with the most, right?
Okay, so Reed “Mr. Fantastic” Richards is up first. This dude comes with four accessories, or whatever makes you happy. Andāget thisāhis look screams “Pedro Pascal energy.” No extra styles with him, but a friend mentioned his pickaxe (the Fantastic Fists? Sounds intense) has this stretchy animation. That alone is worth the 1,600 V-Bucks. Plus, he’s got an emote involving a coffee mug. Not even sure how that’s fantastic, but, hey, itās something.
Susan “Invisible Woman” Storm is an interesting case, mainly because she ain’t invisible in the game. Thatād be way too OP, I guess? Her vibe is channeled from Vanessa Kirby (thank the MCU for that). Youāll find three items bundled with her, including some Psionic Orbs. For 1,600 V-Bucks, itās not bad if you can live without the invisibility.
Now, Ben “The Thing” Grimm comes packing two styles. Shirt on, shirt off. Real depth there! Plus some gimmicks like a “Clobberin’ Time!” emote for 300 V-Bucks. Not my favorite, but if you’ve got 1,500 V-Bucks lying around, why not?
The real show-off, Johnny “Human Torch” Storm, sets you back 1,800 V-Bucks. The skinās modeled after Joseph Quinn (the movie guy), and he flaunts two styles. The āFlame Onā vibe doesnāt disappoint, but somehow his flaming face isnāt a thing.
In case you want the whole shebang, look into that Fantastic Four Bundleā21 items for just under 4,000 V-Bucks. Beats buying them separately by a lot. Odd deal, but someone will love it.
I somehow lived through this rundown, and now you have too. Now, go forth and indulge your inner Marvel geek or Fortnite fanāor whatever this moment of pop culture is about.
