007 to Headline First-Ever IOI Showcase This Week

Man, so get this. IO Interactive is doing their first-ever IOI Showcase. I’m not even sure why it took them so long, but here we are. It’s a mix of livestream and some folks hanging out in person. Nice, right?

Anyway, it’s kicking off at 6pm PDT / 9pm EDT this Friday, June 6. Or, if you’re somewhere else, 2 am BST / 3 am CEST the next day. The cool part? You can catch it on Twitch, YouTube, even TikTok. Yeah, TikTok. Because why not?

They’re rolling out trailers, announcements, gameplay — the works. There’s even a live Q&A. Key folks from IO Interactive and, wait for it, Build A Rocket Boy will be in the mix. And oh, they’re talking about Glacier, their game engine. Love that name.

Hakan Abrak, the CEO — you know, the guy at the top — gave a little teaser: “IOI Showcase celebrates our 25-year history with the HITMAN franchise…” blah blah, surprises. More like, what’s next for the Hitman world?

MindsEye. Build A Rocket Boy is behind this one, and it’s coming through IOI Partners. It’s an action-adventure thriller. New stuff dropping every month, which sounds like a binge-worthy show? Release date? June 10, 2025.

We’ve got 007 First Light. IO Interactive has their own twist on the James Bond saga. The hype for this standalone game is real. Unveiling this week.
