Alright, so the weekend’s finally hit, and guess what? It’s deal hunting time! Here’s what I found rummaging through May 3rd’s bargain bin. Why I remember dates like this? No idea.
### Monster Hunter Wilds for $54.99
Okay, first up, Monster Hunter Wilds – yeah, the one everyone’s been buzzing about since… whenever. You can snag it for a sweet $54.99 on PS5 over at Woot. Side note, they say it’s user-friendly or beginner-friendly or something because they’ve got this Focus Mode thing. Does that mean it’s too easy? Maybe, maybe not. I mean, it got an 8 out of 10 somewhere, so who cares really?
### 11th Gen iPad for $299
And then there’s this iPad… 11th gen, A16 chip, all the bells and whistles. Only $299! Which is decent? I guess. Apple Pencil, Magic Keyboard, whatever you want to throw at it. I don’t even use half of these features, to be honest. But if you’re living that Apple ecosystem life, this might just complete your collection. Or not. Up to you.
### Pre-Order Ghost of Yotei Now
Ghost of Yotei. Wow. Hold your horses. Or not, because it’s available for pre-order. Set in Hokkaido in 1603. Sounds so dramatic, right? Atsu’s on a revenge mission. Very Tsushima-ish. No clue about much else they’re bringing to the table, but if past meets future gaming, this might just be it. Or it could fizzle. Who knows?
### Visions of Mana for $34.99
Something for the nostalgic souls – Visions of Mana. A blast from the past for $34.99. Just when I thought they buried it, boom, a new game. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Any of you who breathe RPGs probably breathe this stuff too. There’s some modern touch to it. A classic yet new. Confusing, I know.
### Xbox Series X for $479.99
Okay, Xbox Series X got a price hike? What even? But wait – Amazon has it at $479.99. Math isn’t my strong suit, but you save like 120 bucks, right? Who can keep up with pricing? First, it’s down, then up. Make up your mind, Microsoft. Just grab it if you’re in the mood.
### LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga for $10
LEGO and Star Wars. A match made in… somewhere. Honest moment here, I got a soft spot for these little LEGO dudes. You can snag this game for just $10! Nine films worth in one place, and even the Disney+ series crew made it in. Cheap as chips! If you’re into stars and wars, give it a whirl.
### Super Mario Party Jamboree for $44.99
And hey, Mario Party Jamboree on Nintendo Switch. $44.99. There’s probably some new Nintendo thingamajig coming soon that’ll make this obsolete. But for now, this is what’s on the table. Board games but digital. Good times, eh?
So there you go. Deals with a sprinkle of randomness. Feel excited, feel overwhelmed, or just ignore it all. Up to you.
