Nintendo Releases – July 3, 2025 – Updates

Alright, let me just dive headfirst into this jumble of releases and random musings. So, picture this: I’m blaming everything on the Go Fest — those endless steps, the exhaustion — yet it’s really the fear of some mysterious leak haunting my apartment. Go figure, right?

The beginning of Q3 usually yawns with boredom, thanks to Canada Day and July 4 (although the latter… not so much). This time around, it feels especially sluggish. No fresh Switch 2 release spicing things up, just the regular OG stuff. There’s supposed to be an Irem Collection dropping on Wednesday, this thing inspired by Slender (spooky, maybe?), and a third game from some series we apparently kinda skipped the second? It’s one of those “check-the-box” weeks while we wait for Super Mario’s sports antics to step in.

Shadowdrops? Probably taking it easy right now. That’s my hopeful guess based on… well, nothing concrete.

Last week? Missed something early from Taito. Crazy Balloon or something in the Archives. Always missing those quirky ones. Ah, whatever.

Now about that EggConsole game — seems like no Japanese language prerequisite. More action-RPG-ish, I’d say. You might just swing through it without flipping through a dictionary, which is nice.

Sales? Nintendo’s screamin’ summer discounts till July 10. Xenoblade classics, too. But surely, you peeped those details already somewhere on PSPrices or DekuDeals.
