Rogue Incursion to Release Non-VR Version Later This Year

Survios just dropped a bomb—Alien: Rogue Incursion is busting out of the VR box, stepping onto PC and PS5 with this thing they’re calling the ‘Evolved Edition’. Yeah, I know, another fancy name, but hear me out.

So, this started out on PSVR 2 and PC VR, then sneaked onto the Quest 3 in what? 2025? Man, time flies. Anyways, when it first landed, folks were like, “Meh.” But then Survios got busy, tweaking Xenomorphs to stop them from getting boring. Like, seriously, it was a monster merry-go-round at first.

Now, cue the dramatic music—it’s a totally “re-envisioned” game for all you PC and PS5 peeps. Dropping on Steam and PlayStation Store on September 30th, 2025. Mark your calendar, or don’t. I’m not your mom.

Oh, and you play as Zula Hendricks. She sounds badass, right? Ex-Colonial Marine, running around trying to blow the lid off Weyland-Yutani’s shady experiments. And she’s got a synth buddy, Davis 01. Honestly, I’m picturing a cyborg sidekick situation. The two of them landing on planet Purdan, sneaky-sneaking into some Gemini Exoplanet Solutions lab, armed to the teeth. Good times.

Here’s a twist: just like the VR face-off, this flatscreen saga is split in two. Part One drops first. Part Two is lurking somewhere in development land, with Zula taking on bigger baddies and trickier puzzles. Nobody seems sure when it’ll pop up. Kinda like waiting for your sourdough starter to bubble up—takes forever—or does it?

Survios is fancy like that, making VR magic and then, boom, flatscreen magic. Remember Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions?
