Nintendo’s gone and done it again—software update time! Super Mario Party Jamboree’s hit version 2.1.0, and honestly, it’s kind of wild how these updates just sneak up on you. Like, I barely got used to the last version. Anyway, now it’s all spruced up for that new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, which sounds fancy, huh? And yeah, lots of those sneaky little bugs got the boot.
Super Mario Party Jamboree Version 2.1.0 Patch Notes (fancy, right?)
When you’re rocking the Nintendo Switch 2:
General Chaos
Bug Squashing
Alright, so there was this bug where you’d get totally stuck if you got lost in the Broozer Bash rule screen. I know, right? Long explanations get me every time.
Switch 2-specific quirks:
People skipped videos at just the right (or wrong?) moment and boom, stuck again. Not anymore though!
Cameras being fussy–like, plug it in, unplug it, and the game had no clue what was happening. Fixed! I still don’t get cameras.
There’s also this whole thing with camera face positions and CPU being a bit.. extra in some mouse minigames. All sorted!
Online gaming bugs were having a party, but those gates are closed now.
More stuff got polished up too, whatever that means.
For the regular Nintendo Switch players:
More Bugs!
Sometimes you can’t move forward after picking “Play Again” in Rhythm Kitchen. Totally relatable, right? No more drama there.
Oh, and CPUs going rogue in Mario’s Rainbow Castle? Like, excuse me? But you can chill now.
Stamp troubles in Mario Party? Random, but fixed those too.
Oh, and surprise, more online issues got zapped.
Seriously, it’s like they rounded up all the gremlins and sent them packing. Anyway—did I mention I kinda love these random updates? Keeps you on your toes.
